REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPY
for correcting posture, resolving muscular pain and calming the nervous system

WHAT'S A REMEDIAL MASSAGE SESSION?
Remedial massage is a science-based bodywork practice aimed at improving joint mobility, correct posture, reduce discomfort and encourage appropriate recovery from injury. It is a very effective therapy providing good results in a reasonably short time.
In my practice I combine sport/remedial techniques with an holistic approach to the whole person, taking in consideration his/her psycho-socio-emotional profile with the final aim to support vitality and wellbeing.
To enhance the benefits of the massage, I often prescribe sets of stretching, strengthening and mobilisation exercises in conjunction with dietary, herbal and lifestyle advice
